General Agreement  

Content is made available by BIZMATCHKOREA subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Content is provided by BIZMATCHKOREA and its third party suppliers ("Information Providers").
By continuing to access this content, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
If you do not agree, you should immediately discontinue your access to this content.
BIZMATCHKOREA may modify this Agreement from time to time in its sole discretion and without notice to you.
Be sure to review this Agreement periodically to ensure familiarity with the most current version of the Agreement.

Your use of content  

You agree not to reproduce, retransmit, disseminate, sell, distribute, publish, broadcast, circulate or commercially exploit Content without the express written consent of BIZMATCHKOREA, nor to use Content for any unlawful purpose.
You agree to access Content manually by request and not programmatically by macro or other automated means.

Use of ID and Password  

Your ID and password is issued only to you, is nontransferable and may not be used by any other person.
Any distribution by you of your password will result in immediate termination of your membership.
We have tracking systems such as detection of origin of IP addresses, and they will be used to determine any violation to this agreement. 

Disclaimer of warranties  

BIZMATCHKOREA and Information Providers provide the information available on this Site without responsibility for accuracy and you agree that errors contained in such information shall not be made the basis for any claim, demand or cause of action against this site or any Information Provider.
We believe its data and text services to be reliable, but accuracy is not warranted or guaranteed.
Content may include facts, views, opinions and recommendations of individuals and organizations deemed of interest.
Neither we or Information Providers guarantees the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of, or otherwise endorses, these views, opinions or recommendations, gives investment advice, or advocates the purchase or sale of any security or investment.

You expressly understand and agree that your use of Content is at your sole risk.

Termination  

BIZMATCHKOREA may terminate this Agreement, and your access to and use of Content, or any portion thereof, immediately, in its sole discretion, at any time without cause.   

Limitation on liability  

Neither BIZMATCHKOREA nor any of its information providers, members, or employees shall be liable to damages for loss of use, data or other tangible, intangible damages.
